New and refurbished products are covered by MagAutomation’s 12-month warranty from the date of delivery; while used products are guaranteed for 6 months by MagAutomation.

After a careful evaluation by MagAutomation, we will proceed with a possible repair or replacement of the non-functioning or non-compliant product. Only in the event that the first two proposed remedies are not possible for the seller, the product will be refunded. For further details, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

 

Tampering, unauthorized removal, failure to follow the user instructions, the use of a voltage other than that prescribed, the installation of non-original parts or those that do not comply with the technical specifications, failures due to improper use of the device, attempted repairs by unqualified personnel, damage caused by natural or non-natural disasters (lightning, fire, floods, vandalism, etc.) will void the warranty. The warranty conditions apply only to the product, subject to malfunction, accompanied by the return authorization.
