Order Processing and Handling Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Mon – Fri) (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Rome). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:

All transactions on our site are processed in Euros(€). All product prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Italy: Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 1-7 business days (Mon – Fri) once your order has been processed and shipping costs 15.99 for all orders.

Europe: Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-10 business days (Mon – Fri) once your order has been processed and shipping costs 40.99 for all orders.

Rest of world (Africa, Antarctica, Asia, North America, Oceania, South America): Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-10 business (Mon – Fri) days once your order has been processed and shipping costs 101.99 for all orders.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and other external conditions beyond our control.

Order/Shipment Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at  info@magautomation.com  or call us at 333 508 2958. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@magautomation.com or call us at 333 508 2958.

 Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@magautomation.com or call us at333 508 2958.

 Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mag Automation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
